Mr. Boon Chunkiat, Managing Director of Chivathai Public Company Limited (CHEWA), revealed that the company's performance in the first nine months of 2023 showed a total revenue of 1,300.87 million baht. In the third quarter alone, the total revenue reached 536.87 million baht, an increase of 8.29% or 41.09 million baht from 495.78 million baht in Q3 2022. The primary reason for this growth was the transfer of ownership from high-rise projects amounting to 349.86 million baht, accounting for 67.33% of the real estate sales revenue, which increased by 46.81 million baht or 15.45% from the previous year. This growth was mainly driven by the 'Chivathai Hallmark Ladprao - Chokchai 4 Phase 2' project and six horizontal projects, contributing 152.77 million baht, which is 29.40% of the real estate sales revenue. Additionally, there were second-hand home sales of 17 million baht and other income of 17.25 million baht, making up 2.75% of total revenue.

The company's continuous growth is attributed to ongoing promotions that stimulate customer decision-making, creating interest and encouraging purchases tailored to each project's target audience, such as the campaign “Want to buy a house but facing issues? Come to Chivathai” to assist those wanting to own a home but facing challenges with loans and real estate information. Following the launch, the response has been quite positive, with significant customer interest. Furthermore, there is a major promotion called 'Chivathai Mega Sale' to reward customers throughout the year, which is expected to maintain customer interest.

The company anticipates revenue of 500 million baht in Q4 and hopes to increase it to 800 million baht from new projects that will recognize revenue in Q4, including the new project 'Chivaram Ratchaphruek.' This new single-house project on Ratchaphruek Road builds on the positive response from the 'Chivaram Nakhon In' project, which has consistently received favorable feedback from customers. The company plans to officially launch the project for the first time on November 25-26, 2023, and can recognize revenue immediately as it consists of ready-to-transfer homes.

The company also plans to expand both horizontal and vertical projects by 1-2 more projects this year. Although Q3 2023 fell short of expectations, there remains the final quarter before the year ends, during which the company aims to meet its targets. There is one new project awaiting revenue recognition from ownership transfers and other projects that will continue to transfer, which will help ensure operations align with projected goals. The company continues to focus on online marketing across all platforms to adapt to the changing lifestyles of the era, while also prioritizing consumer perspectives in various dimensions to align with current situations. Additionally, the policy of managing costs and expenses efficiently remains a top priority for the company.

Chivathai emphasizes a policy focused on sustainability principles (ESG) encompassing Environmental, Social, and Governance aspects to integrate into the company's management. In terms of environmental responsibility, the company remains committed to quality and after-sales service through 'Chivacare,' aiming to be the number one choice in customers' minds regarding quality and service for real estate companies with revenues not exceeding 5 billion baht. The company also strives to maintain product quality, aiming for 'Zero Defect' to ensure customers purchasing from Chivathai receive the best and highest quality service from pre-sales to after-sales. This is all aimed at achieving maximum satisfaction for every customer,” Mr. Boon Chunkiat stated.
